Mentorship Program Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
JUBOH TRAINING & MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all training programs, mentorship engagements, workshops, intensives, accelerators, seminars, advisory services, digital courses, and related offerings (collectively, “Programs”) provided by JUBOH and its affiliated entities (“Firm”).

  1. Nature of Services

All Programs provide educational instruction, strategic guidance, mentorship, templates, and advisory insight. Services are consultative and informational in nature.

Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, Programs do not include:

• Legal representation
• Accounting or tax services
• Securities or investment solicitation
• Brokerage services
• Construction services
• Project management execution

Participants remain solely responsible for their business decisions, transactions, contracts, investments, and implementation activities.

  1. No Guarantee of Results

The Firm does not guarantee:

• Contract awards
• Capital raises or funding approvals
• Real estate acquisitions
• Investment returns
• Grant approvals
• Business profitability
• Revenue generation

Outcomes depend on participant execution, market conditions, financial capacity, third-party decisions, and other external factors beyond the Firm’s control.

  1. Participant Responsibility

Participants agree that they are responsible for:

• Conducting independent due diligence
• Consulting licensed professionals where appropriate
• Ensuring regulatory compliance
• Making final business decisions

The Firm shall not be liable for losses arising from participant decisions.

  1. Payment Terms

Program fees are due according to the selected payment option at enrollment.

If a payment plan is selected:

• Participants remain responsible for the full program balance
• Missed payments may result in suspension of access
• Access may be revoked for non-payment

  1. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, methodologies (including proprietary systems such as SPRE), templates, recordings, financial models, presentations, and documents remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Firm.

Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license for internal business use only.

Materials may not be copied, recorded, distributed, resold, or shared without written permission.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary frameworks, financial discussions, capital introductions, and strategic information shared during Programs.

  1. Capital, Vendor, or Partner Introductions

If introductions to investors, lenders, sureties, vendors, or strategic partners are made:

• No guarantee of funding or partnership is provided
• The Firm is not liable for third-party performance
• All agreements remain solely between the Participant and third party

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Firm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Participant for the specific Program.

  1. Professional Services Disclaimer

Programs do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or securities advice. Participants are encouraged to consult licensed professionals prior to executing transactions, raising capital, or entering contractual obligations.

  1. Termination

The Firm reserves the right to remove a participant for disruptive behavior, ethical violations, non-payment, or misuse of materials.

Participants who withdraw remain responsible for any outstanding payment obligations.

────────────────────────
REFUND POLICY
────────────────────────

  1. Commitment-Based Enrollment

All Programs require allocation of time, intellectual property access, and administrative resources. For this reason, a strict refund policy applies.

  1. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within five (5) calendar days of the official Program start date, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

If requested within this window:

• A refund may be issued minus an administrative and onboarding fee
• Access to materials will be revoked
• All proprietary materials must be returned or destroyed

  1. No Refund After Access

Once a Participant has:

• Attended live sessions
• Accessed digital materials
• Downloaded templates
• Received customized advisory support
• Received introductions to third parties

All payments become non-refundable.

  1. Payment Plans

Enrollment in a payment plan constitutes commitment to the full Program fee. Early withdrawal does not cancel remaining payment obligations.

  1. Performance-Based Claims

Dissatisfaction based on lack of business results does not qualify for refund. Programs provide education and strategy — not guaranteed financial outcomes.

  1. Extraordinary Circumstances

In rare, documented cases of severe hardship, the Firm may offer a deferral or future credit at its sole discretion. Such accommodations are not guaranteed.
