Jalen “JUBOH” Uboh serves as the Co-Founder, Executive Chairman, and President of JUBOH Companies International, a collective of award-winning companies spanning real estate, healthcare, transportation, government affairs, consulting, and education sectors.

Jalen ensures that projects are successfully executed from conception to close. His scope of work includes: successfully managing and providing his expertise on $200 Million worth of deals in the United States and internationally, establishing companies and brands domestically and globally, representing high profile organizations in the areas of real estate development, banking, and finance, construction and engineering, oil and gas, and waste management sectors.

Based in Atlanta, Jalen Uboh has been a force to reckon with ever since his early start as a young entrepreneur at the ripe age of 7. Since then, Jalen has successfully built a multi-million dollar empire, including many for-profit businesses and not-for-profit organizations. 

At the age of 23, after purchasing four semi-tractor trucks and trailers, Mr. Uboh was named “America’s Youngest Trucking Fleet Owner” by BlackEnterprise Magazine. Other publications named Mr. Uboh the “Youngest African American Real Estate Developer” when he completed his first significant development of luxury estate homes on a new 200+ acre golf course in an Atlanta suburban area. This development was also featured on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN).

These accomplishments have contributed to arguably the most significant achievement to date: the launch of Ellis & Whitmore Capital, a banking and financial services firm that was successfully funded over $60 Million to small businesses since 2020. Ellis & Whitmore Capital has also partnered with ADP – a Human Capital Management (HCM) leader- as its National Diverse Market Partner and the National Black Bank Fund (NBBF) to focus on the need to fund minority, women, and veteran small business in the United States.

Jalen has studied at Cornell University, where he received a formal education in Commercial Real Estate Development, and again at Kennesaw State University, where he received a formal education in Economics and Finance.
