Anika Uboh Crowned Mrs. Cobb County 2025 in the Esteemed Mrs. American Pageant System
ATLANTA, GA – Jalen Uboh Enterprises, the parent organization of the Jalen and Anika Uboh Charitable Organization, also known as the JUBOH Foundation Inc., proudly announces that Mrs. Anika Uboh (formerly Anika Carter) has been officially named Mrs. Cobb County 2025 under the prestigious Mrs. American Pageant system.
A proud Georgia native, Mrs. Uboh is a graduate of New Manchester High School in Douglas County, where she served as Senior Class President and SGA President, in addition to excelling in athletics as a Varsity Softball and Varsity Track & Field competitor in the 4A/5A divisions. She graduated as an honors student with high honors, laying the foundation for a life defined by excellence and service.
Following high school, Mrs. Uboh earned a full athletic scholarship to compete in Division I Track & Field within the Sun Belt Conference, later transferring to Georgia Institute of Technology, where she continued her athletic journey in the ACC Conference while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering—an elite combination of brainpower and discipline.
After graduation, fate reconnected her with her high school sweetheart, Mr. Jalen Uboh, a respected federal defense contractor and Atlanta-based real estate developer. Their love story culminated in a beautiful dual wedding celebration in 2024, featuring a traditional Nigerian ceremony and a luxurious American wedding at Chateau Elan Resort.
Beyond her pageant platform, Mrs. Uboh is an active and compassionate force within her community. She regularly volunteers her time at local food pantries, supports senior citizens seeking employment, and uplifts women through her signature program, the “Pathways to Success” Etiquette and Professional Development Seminar Series. These seminars provide invaluable training in confidence building, professional presentation, and leadership skills for women striving to achieve personal and professional breakthroughs.
Today, Mrs. Uboh leads as the President and Executive Director of the JUBOH Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit focused on youth development, economic equity, veteran and senior support services, and affordable housing across Metro Atlanta and beyond.
Her recent crowning as Mrs. Cobb County 2025 serves as a powerful testament to her lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and impact. She now prepares to represent Cobb County in the Mrs. Georgia American Pageant, where she will amplify her voice and mission on a statewide platform.
“Being crowned Mrs. Cobb County is an incredible honor and an opportunity to further empower women, youth, and underserved communities,” said Mrs. Uboh. “My goal is to use this platform to inspire others to dream big, serve boldly, and walk in purpose.”
